At FHONE, we stand behind the quality of our eyewear. Your satisfaction and vision are our top priorities. That is why we offer a comprehensive warranty on all of our items.

 

All FHONE eyeglasses come with a -year limited warranty that covers: 

Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship, including:

  • Broken hinges or temples due ti manufacturing fault

  • Peeling or discoloration of the frame coating

  • Loose or defective screws or joints

What's Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches on the lenses, fading, etc)

  • Accidental damage (stepping on, dropping, or crushing the glasses

  • Improper use or care

  • Loss or theft

  • Prescription changes

 

How to File a Warranty Claim:

Send an email to hello@fhone.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will evaluate your claim and provide instructions on next steps. 

If the product is deemed to be covered under warranty, we will repair or replace it (if available) at no additional charge.

 

We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
