Warranty Information
At FHONE, we believe great eyewear should last for years. Every frame is crafted with exceptional materials and attention to detail. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. All FHONE eyewear is covered by a two-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, loss or theft, scratched lenses, prescription changes, or damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications. To submit a warranty claim, please email hello@fhone.com with proof of purchase and a brief description of the issue. Our team will evaluate the claim and provide instructions for the next steps. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, FHONE will repair or replace the product at its discretion. Replacement products are subject to availability. If the original model is no longer available, a comparable replacement may be offered. Proof of purchase from FHONE or an authorized FHONE retailer is required for all warranty claims. Questions? Return Policy
We want you to love your FHONE eyewear. Take your time with your new FHONE frame. Try it on, look in the mirror, and give yourself a few minutes. More often than not, the journey from "Is that me?" to "Wow, I love these glasses" happens surprisingly fast. If your new FHONE eyewear is not the right fit for you, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 21 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be in original condition, include all original packaging, and be accompanied by proof of purchase. Products showing signs of wear, adjustment, alteration, misuse, or damage are not eligible for return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original and expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Non-Returnable Items • Prescription lenses • Frames fitted with prescription lenses by FHONE or a third party • Customized or special-order products FHONE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions, apply a reasonable restocking fee when returned items cannot be returned to inventory as new, and limit excessive return activity. Shipping Damage Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and contact both the carrier and FHONE within 48 hours if damage is discovered.
