All sales are final. We accept exchanges for same or higher value items. Any differences in pricing may be refunded in the form of a store credit. 


Store Credit and Exchanges 

To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, you must first email us within 15 days of receiving the frames at to alert us of any concerns or damage, then return the product or damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the item we will ship out a replacement, if available. 


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your replacement or store credit will be processed.
